346 What should we do now?
Ryn unlocked the door sleepily. She almost fell backwards while trying to fit the key to its hole. Luckily for her, Jeremy was there behind her to catch her.
"You…" he chuckled. How exhausted was she until she became like this?
"Thanks," she mumbled, finally managed to unlock the door.
Both entered the house, unaware that someone actually saw them together. The female's jaw dropped. She even rubbed her eyes a few times, thinking she was just dreaming. That man was not Jeremy, was he? He could not be, right? Why would he be here? This place…
Jeremy locked the door carefully before heading to the dining table to place their dinner onto it. He watched as Ryn made a beeline to the couch to sleep.
"Love, wash first," he told her with a shake of his head.
"I'm sleepy," she mumbled, already adjusting her body comfortably on the couch.
He shook his head as he walked to the kitchen. He took two plates and a bowl. Their dinner needed to be reheated first before they could eat them.
He arranged the food onto the plates and the bowl but did not put them into the microwave. Instead, he washed his hands and walked back to Ryn.
"Let me help you," he said, slipping his hands underneath her and carried her into the bathroom.
"I don't want to," she whined, did not want her sleep to be interrupted but he ignored her. He put her on the toilet seat and helped to take off her clothes.
"I want to sleep," she cried, struggling to get free from him but alas, he was stronger and more awake than her. Before long, she was already in her birthday suit while he was having trouble breathing.
"This is a mistake," he groaned to himself. His body, especially the bottom part was reacting to her beautiful body.
He went to wash his face with cold water but once he looked at her again, the lust hit him hard. It took him just five seconds to think before he took off his clothes and threw them outside the bathroom. Then, he went back to her with his heart pounding hard.
"Baby," he called huskily as he pulled her into his arms. His eyes closed in ecstasy just feeling their bare naked touching each other.
Her eyes blinked in confusion when she felt something hot touching her body. Something so familiar. "Je… Jeremy?"
"Yes?" he kissed her chin before her lips, sending her befuddled mind into chaos.
"Can we?" he asked once they broke apart breathlessly.
Her eyes looked at him. Luckily he was holding to her waist or she would fall. Her cheeks already red and her lips were swollen. But nothing was matter except the man in front of her. Her first love and the only man in her heart. Her hand touched his cheek gently before leaned forward to kiss his lips again. Her answer was obvious.
With a huge grin, he scooped her up and walked to the bedroom. He even kicked his clothes away from the way on the way to the bed, resulting in her giggle when she realized how desperate he was.
The food on the table was no longer important in their mind. They did not even remember how they were hungry before for dinner, only care about the hunger for each other body and soul. That night, Jeremy did not return home. They spent the night together without a care about anything else.
The next day…
Ryn woke up with a loud grumble from her stomach. She frowned and rubbed her stomach unhappily.
"Breakfast is… ready?"
The announcement that turned into a question at the end caught her attention. She lifted her head and looked at the man who was only wearing a towel coming toward her with a tray of…
"Good morning," she greeted, her cheeks reddened as she remembered back what they did the whole night last night.
"Morning, love. I've tried my best," he said with a sheepish grin. He did know how to cook the egg but somehow today it did not turn up well. He did not know what went wrong but knowing how hungry Ryn would be when she woke up, he just brought the food he made. Maybe later he could bring her out for a proper breakfast.
"…" she looked at the blackened egg speechlessly. How high the temperature of the pan for him to burn the egg? "Is there more egg?"
"Err…" he rubbed his nape sheepishly.
"Never mind," she said when she saw his reaction. She took the glass of milk and sipped it slowly, hoping it would make her hunger lessen. "What time is it now?"
"Fifteen minutes to seven," he replied. He did not know her schedule for today. Hence, he planned to bring her to breakfast because the food he prepared was not enough for a big appetite as hers.
"Almost seven?" she gasped. She quickly drank the milk before rushed into the bathroom, ignoring the frown from Jeremy.
"What's wrong, babe?" he asked.
"I'm going to be late," she cried from inside the bathroom.
"Late for what?" he asked again, confused with her sudden urge to use the bathroom. She even took a shower, he realized, when he heard the sound of water hitting the marbled floor.
She did not answer. She quickly freshened up herself while taking note of the time.
He watched as she rushed out of the bathroom with the towel wrapped around her body. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. The tray of food was still on his laps, untouched.
She took only around five minutes to put on her clothes; black jeans and white VS shirt. Her long hair was still a bit damp from the shower when she remembered about Jeremy.
"Good morning," she greeted again, kissing his lips gently.
Before he could deepen the kiss, she pulled back and went to the dressing table to brush her long hair and pull them into a ponytail. He was left just like that, speechless.
She just put the brush onto the dressing table when her phone rang. It was from Mei Li.
"She's here already?" she mumbled, answering the call immediately. "Hello, Mei Li, are you downstairs?"
His brows lifted when he heard her question. Mei Li, her manager? Why would she be here?
"Yes. Are you ready?" Mei Li answered. She sounded chirpy even though it was still early. She must already have her morning coffee.
"Give me about five minutes," she said before she noticed the look from Jeremy. She gulped, "Hey, Mei Li, wait for a minute, okay? I'll be there."
She disconnected the call and went back to Jeremy. She put the tray out of the way before climbed up to sit on his laps.
"I have a busy day today, babe. You too, right?" she wrapped her arms around his neck, playing with the hair at the back of his head. She even leaned down to kiss his lips gently.
"We're supposed to have breakfast together," he pointed out sulkily.
"Oops…" she gave him a silly smile. She did not know what plan he had for them together. Of course, it was her fault not telling him how busy her day would be today and Mei Li would be next to her the whole day. She did not think he would spend the night together with her so now he was here, instead of at his own place.
"What do you think now? How are you going to solve this?" he asked with a cock of an eyebrow.
"Well…" she paused. What did he expect when he was the one 'interrupting' her schedule? But, she could not say that out loud. It would hurt his 'fragile' feeling.
"Well…?" he repeated.
"Baby, don't tell me you're angry at me so early in this morning," she said with a small voice, acting spoiled, which was unlike her but sometimes she did acting like this when she wanted to get what she wanted from him and her parents. She only acted spoiled in front of the three of them. Even Mika never saw her like this.
His expression softened when she acted this way. He always loved it when she behaved like this. It felt like she depended on him when she acted spoiled. He felt powerful like this.
"You're not angry with me, right?" she blinked her eyes innocently.
"Hmm…" he nodded before he realized it.
With a winning grin, she leaned to kiss him again. "Thank you."
He blinked his eyes when she, again, pulled back from him without warning. He watched as she skipped to the dressing table to finish preparing herself. He sighed and stood up, walking toward her.
"Am I spoiling you so much?" he asked as he hugged her from the back.
"You said you love me, right?" she asked innocently, blinking her big eyes again.
"I love you," he said immediately, leaning to kiss her lips again.
It seemed like they spent this morning kissing but none even cared. They loved this kind of morning, well, sort off. Of course, Jeremy preferred if Ryn did not have to hurry for her work and spend the time with him the whole day. Well, he could not complain when he was the one telling her she could be a good model when she first received the offer that year. He did not expect he would hate her being so busy until she neglected him.
He did not like it but he could not say anything about it.
"I have to go now. Aren't you going to the company?" she asked.
"In this condition?" without ashamed, he took her hand and put it between his legs. He was excited again.
Her face reddened.
"What should we do now?" he asked huskily.
"…" How could she answer this?
